We offer instruction, encouragement, Bible study, and practical nutrition and exercise topics for everyday living. The ultimate goal of First Place 4 Health is for each member to experience a more abundant life with Christ as Lord. Class size is limited to first 15 women. The cost for materials will be discussed at the first meeting. |
