The Lytle Family

Calvary is pleased to announce that Jim Lytle has been appointed to the position of Pastor of Family Ministries. He will begin his ministry with us in May.

Jim's main responsibilities will include marriage enrichment, especially with young couples, and pastoral oversight of Men's Ministry, Women's Ministry, HOME Ministry, CHAMP Sports Outreach, and Boy Scouts.

A competent teacher of the Word of God, Jim holds a ThM degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and has served at the same church in Rochester, NY since 1992. A former meteorologist and TV weatherman, Jim is married to Betsy who has a doctorate degree in chemical engineering. They have two daughters: Maggie, age 8, and Audrey, age 5.

Please pray for the Lytles as they seek to sell their home in Rochester and begin the move to Charlotte. We are thankful to our faithful God for leading such a godly and gifted couple to Calvary Church. Please be sure to extend a warm Calvary welcome to the Lytles as they join our congregation!
