Child dedication is intended to be a meaningful commitment on the part of the parents who fully desire, in God's grace and with His help, to live godly lives and raise children "in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." It is not merely a ritual or ceremony, nor is it a form of baptism. Baptism is presented in the Bible for those who first have made their own personal commitment to Jesus Christ. Neither baptism nor child dedication can make anyone a Christian. We are saved by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone.

Parents wishing to dedicate their children should plan to meet with Pastor Munro at one of the required dedication preparation classes. These classes are scheduled in the third floor Prayer Room at 11:20 AM after selected Sunday morning worship services.

September 26
October 17 (parents of adopted children)

Dedication Sundays:
October 3
October 17
November 7 (for adopted children)
