A preacher of grace —
A shepherd of souls
God has gifted Dr. John Munro to preach His Word with power, authority, and clarity; shepherd His people with love and compassion; and lead His church with godly vision, wisdom, and humility.
Getting to know John and his family
John was born and raised in a loving and stable Christian home in Scotland. He trusted in Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at a Christian youth camp when he was 12 years old. John is married to Gudny, who is from the Faroe Islands, Denmark. She and John met when Gudny came to Scotland on a missions trip! Their son, Christopher, is married to Ashley, and they now live in Charlotte as well — with Alexander, the Munro's first grandchild.
Dr. Munro's education and background
