Today we are bombarded by messages about money. Most prey on our human desires and promise instant gratification, happiness, or future financial independence. Americans are awash in conflicting advice about finances. Is it any wonder that many people are drowning in debt, unable to create financial priorities, and are sometimes just one paycheck away from insolvency?

As Christians, it is important to know that God, from the very beginning, has had a plan for money. All that we have is His. That’s why we are called "stewards" of what we’re given. God wants us to be able to provide for our families, give back for kingdom work, and ultimately provide an inheritance.

Calvary has launched the Stewardship Ministry to help people learn more about God’s plan for the resources He gives. The ministry offers basic and intermediate classes about everyday finances and advanced information about long-term planned giving and stewardship.
