What is baptism? Why be baptized?
|
Thinking about baptism? Being baptized is a public profession of faith and an act of obedience after coming to saving faith in Jesus Christ. It symbolizes your new life as a follower of Christ.
At Calvary, it's our joy to baptize believers as they seek to obey God's Word and follow Jesus' example. Candidates for baptism are asked to register below and complete an application process to ensure an understanding of the biblical significance and meaning of baptism. After you register, the officiating Calvary pastor will contact you.

Calvary offers parents the opportunity to dedicate their children to the Lord during selected Sunday morning worship services. This dedication is not infant baptism; instead, it is a special time for parents to make a public commitment to live godly lives and raise their children "in the discipline and instruction of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4).
Our next dedication will be held on:
Parents who wish to dedicate their child should contact Michele Davies to schedule.
Please plan to attend a required preparation class with Pastor Munro on the Sunday before the dedication service.
