Summary: Calvary Church has an immediate opening for a full-time Property Manager with over five years of experience in the field. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the Maintenance Team and demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be skilled at communicating effectively and assigning and supervising the work of others.

• Ability to produce high-quality work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills 
• Ensures the team follows all company policies and procedures
• Adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations
• Management of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
