Calvary Church — Pastor of Discipleship & College Ministry

This full-time ministry role provides leadership for Adult Discipleship Ministries and College Ministry, helping individuals grow in their walk with Christ through biblical teaching, discipleship, mentoring, outreach, and pastoral care. Responsibilities include overseeing discipleship initiatives, leading college ministry for ages 18–25, coordinating Life Groups and retreats, training leaders and teachers, and supporting the overall mission of Calvary Church.

We are looking for a servant leader with a heart for people, strong biblical teaching and leadership skills, and a passion for helping others grow spiritually.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of ministry experience
• Experience serving in a medium or large church setting preferred
• Master of Divinity (M.Div.), Th.M., or equivalent seminary degree
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

Must become a member of Calvary Church.
