Calvary has a full-time Building Services Technician position available, 40 hours per week.

Join our dedicated housekeeping team and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at Calvary Church.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and maintaining designated areas, including offices and common areas.
• Perform essential custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, as well as emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
• Properly maintain flooring (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, carpet cleaning/extraction).
• Set up tables and chairs in classrooms and auditoriums for ministry and special events.
• Must follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines, and assist with facilities maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
• Should have knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Must exhibit physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
• Must have excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
